  • Smooth model surface and best transparency
  • High-speed modeling with a proprietary digital scanner
  • Large models can be modeled

ATOMm-4000

Mid-size 3D printer
Rapid Meister ATOMm-4000

We want people to feel closer to stereolithography technology, which has matured over the years along with Japanese manufacturing.
We at CMET are proposing a small stereolithography device made in Japan that embodies this desire.

Positioned as a small machine, the Rapid Meister ATOMm-4000 is a mid-sized modeling machine with a processing size slightly smaller than the ATOMm-8000, and a significantly reduced price that makes it easy to upgrade from a low-cost 3D printer. This is a proposal with an easy-to-use work size.

Affordable prices

  • A high-end machine, yet reasonably priced
  • Initial cost of photopolymerization equipment is approximately 50% lower (compared to our existing machine)
  • Work size is A3 size or larger (W400×D400×H300mm)

High-speed, high-resolution scanner (TSS4)

  • Equipped with our own developed scanning system TS54
  • Compared to the previous model (TSS2), drawing time has been significantly reduced and trajectory accuracy has been improved.

Adopting a new low-cost laser

  • Equipped with a newly adopted semiconductor pumped solid-state laser
  • Reduce laser running costs by approximately 40% (compared to our existing model)

Liquid level control system (balloon method)

  • Uses the same liquid level control system as ATOMm-8000
  • Drastically reduced resin loading amount (compared to our existing machine)
  • All of our in-house developed TSR resins can be used

Modeling equipment that meets the needs of development sites

  • Various sizes and build sizes to meet the needs of multiple data builds at once
  • Although it is small, the two modeling doors can be opened to make it easier to remove the model, improving workability.
  • Equipped with a wide LCD monitor that is easy to see and operate, and adopts a touch panel system

Additive ManufacturingProduction TechnologyWe provide tangible suggestions based on the voices of Japanese manufacturing sites that are working to enhance the use of 3D printers, a tool for innovative manufacturing.

The Rapid Meister CSLA-9000 is an improved and newly developed machine based on the needs of operators who use our machines. In consideration of ease of removal, an overslider door is used, which can secure a larger opening than the existing folding door. In response to a request to reduce the inclusion of bubbles in the molded product, a new recoater that “does not generate bubbles in the model” was developed. In order to further shorten the molding time, a new laser and new scanner system has been newly adopted while maintaining the same accuracy and quality, making it a new industrial stereolithography machine equipped with functions that have never been seen before.

Large size modeling possible

  • With a work size of 900 x 700 mm, it is possible to create objects with a maximum length of 1,140 mm → 30% increase in the creation area compared to existing models
  • Large models can be molded in one piece, eliminating the need to glue or assemble the molded objects, significantly reducing the time required for multiple molds and post-processing.

Reduced modeling speed

  • Not only has the work size been increased compared to previous models, but the modeling speed has also been reduced by approximately 15% per layer.
  • Reviewing the recoater movement reduces wasteful printing time

Equipped with new laser system and new scanner system

  • Adopting a new laser with high output and high cost performance
  • With the change in the laser system, a new scanner has been adopted to achieve even faster speeds → 15% improvement in resolution compared to the previous system

New MF recoater developed

  • Equipped with a new MF recoater that does not generate bubbles inside the model → Reduces bubble entrapment by more than 50% compared to the previous model

Special material - low-cost resin

  • We have significantly revised the prices of 3D printer materials, which have been gradually increasing due to rising raw material prices and logistics costs.
  • Not only is it inexpensive, but it has been developed based on the needs of the workers while retaining the same physical properties.
